About This Project
ENERGY TRANSITION AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL

Over the last few years the question of energy efficiency in real-estate parks has become increasingly pressing. A context in which the french Energy Transition Law takes place, demanding the elimination of so-called “energy-sieves”* by 2025 (as well as the generalization of the “BBC renovation” performance level by 2050).
* Energy-consuming housings whose primary energy consumption exceed 330 kWh/m²/year and displaying an energy label F or G.

This process is affecting public players (social housings, governmental buildings,…) as well as private actors (houses, company buildings, shops).

Though, it remains uneasy to choose a solution to optimize buildings’ energy consumption. Moreover, not all structures are equals regarding the scope of works (windows, rooftops, general isolation, walls, ceilings).

AN HIGH PERFORMING ADHESIVE FILM

Consequently, collaborating with the biggest films manufacturers, GSDI offers a Solar and Heat-reduction film able to treat with a maximum efficiency any type of building.

This product offers a higly interesting cost effective alternative compared to a complete change of glazed units. Its application can be performed on any existing glazing system.

Only a few microns thick and almost transparent, the adhesive film significantly modify the energy bill and the global thermal regulation (limitation of UV and greenhouse effect).

Providing glare reduction it also protects any furniture or textile from fading.

GSDI’S TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

This quick to apply – for our certified technicians formed in our internal training school – technical film can be applied without business interruption. It is as well guaranteed 10 years for indoor installations and 5 years for outdoor structures.

Lastly, in order to avoid any risk of thermal breakage, GSDI bases all of its offers on a customised study of thermal stress thanks to the Vitrage Decision Program that established itself on the market as a high-quality reference for every product changing the structure of glazings (blind, films, curtain).
